Yunshui Chen is the founder and CEO of AIRSYS Group, a global leading cooling service and equipment provider. He entered the cooling industry since 1992 by working as the exclusive agent for an Italian cooling brand in China. In 1995, he founded the AIRSYS Refrigeration Engineering Technology (Beijing) Co. Ltd. in China, with a strong aspiration and commitment to become a global player in the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) and Medical Cooling industries, providing customers highly reliable, energy-saving and intelligent products and solutions. This global expansion strategy has never changed. With 25 years’ development, AIRSYS already has the subsidiaries in the UK, US, Germany, Brazil and Singapore. With the leadership of Yunshui, AIRSYS received the Frost & Sullivan’s Global Cooling Solutions Product Line Strategy Leadership Award in 2015. Yunshui holds his bachelor’s degree from Peking University and an EMBA degree from the Hult International Business School. He is a member of the Leadership Council of Air-Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration Institute (AHRI), a professional organization based in the US. Yunshui speaks Mandarin, English and Italian.
